To book your session, a $100 deposit is required to secure your date and time. The deposit is non-refundable and ensures that your session is reserved. The remaining balance is due before the session begins, or you can opt for a payment plan.

What is required to book a session?

Yes, I offer a 3-month payment plan for your convenience. However, please note that you will not receive your edited photo gallery until the full payment have been completed. 

Do you offer payment plans?

If you're running late, I'll still photograph for the remaining time of your session, but additional time will not be added.

For rescheduling, you're allowed up to two reschedules. Your reschedule must be at least 5 days prior to your scheduled date. After that, the Contract becomes void, and you will need to rebook and repay the deposit. 

What happens if I'm running late or need to reschedule? 

Your edited photo gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your scheduled session via an online gallery link to your email. 

When will I receive my photos?

Yes, a $75 travel fee applies for sessions located more than 1 hour away from the local area (Gilbert). This fee ensures I can bring the same level of care and attention to your session, no matter where it takes place in Arizona. 

Do you charge travel fees for sessions outside your area?

No, a $175 travel fee is applied for these locations. Flagstaff and Sedona are over two hours from my home base, requiring additional travel time and expenses. This fee covers transportation, time, and the logistics necessary to provide you with the same high-quality photography experience, no matter the location.

Is the travel fee the same for Flagstaff and Sedona?

Your photo session will last about 1 hour. For newborn sessions, I allow an additional 30 to 60 minutes to accommodate feeding, soothing, and any necessary breaks to keep both baby and parents comfortable.
