For rescheduling, you're allowed up to two reschedules. Your reschedule must be at least 5 days prior to your scheduled date. After that, the Contract becomes void, and you will need to rebook and repay the deposit.

Your edited photo gallery will be delivered within 2 weeks of your scheduled session via an online gallery link to your email.
When will I receive my photos?
Yes, a $75 travel fee applies for sessions located more than 1 hour away from the local area (Gilbert). This fee ensures I can bring the same level of care and attention to your session, no matter where it takes place in Arizona.
Do you charge travel fees for sessions outside your area?
No, a $175 travel fee is applied for these locations. Flagstaff and Sedona are over two hours from my home base, requiring additional travel time and expenses. This fee covers transportation, time, and the logistics necessary to provide you with the same high-quality photography experience, no matter the location.
Is the travel fee the same for Flagstaff and Sedona?
Your photo session will last about 1 hour. For newborn sessions, I allow an additional 30 to 60 minutes to accommodate feeding, soothing, and any necessary breaks to keep both baby and parents comfortable.
