Terms & Conditions

Introduction

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure your booking.
Booking final payment is due the day of your scheduled session.
Payments can be made via Zelle or Venmo.

Booking & Payments

Rescheduling is allowed with at least 2 days' notice, subject to availability. 
To schedule a session there is a non-refundable deposit of $100.
Same-day cancellations will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total session cost unless due to a major emergency.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Edited images will be delivered within 2 weeks after the session via email.
Additional edited images beyond the standard gallery count are available upon request at a rate of $20 per image.

Image Delivery

All images remain the copyright of Lexie Laufer.
Clients are granted personal usage rights and may not use images for commercial purposes without prior written consent. 
Clients cannot edit images after they have been received.

Copyright & Usage Rights

Clients are responsible for arriving on time (recommend 5-10 minutes prior to scheduled session).
Children must be supervised at all times during the session.  

Client Responsibilities

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, illness).
In the unlikely event of equipment failure or other technical issues, our liability is limited to rescheduling or refunding the session fee. 

Liability

We respect your privacy and will only use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Privacy 

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.
